Shares of Seven & i Holdings Co. jumped after a report said the company was looking to buy a stake in Poland's Zabka Group.

Seven & i Holdings Co. shares closed 3.6% higher Friday after a Nikkei report said the 7-Eleven parent was nearing a deal to buy a stake in Polish convenience giant Zabka Group.
